🎯 We are glad to bring to the public yet another Health infratructural project of His Excellency Alh. Yahaya Bello, the Ultramodern Clinical Centre, which is almost set for commissioning.
🎯 This is one of the many Health infrastructural projects under the Kogi State Ministry of Health that are simutaneously ongoing.
🎯 The centre on completion will serve to put all the Clinical Departments, Units and subunits of the Teaching Hospital under a single Roof (One – Stop Shop for Clinical Services), and will go a long way in helping us attain the much needed Accreditation for the Clinical Training of our Medical Students as well as handling advanced Medical Services in that region.
🎯 The magnificent edifice goes way beyond the signature GYB Y – Shaped structure, as it will also be equipped with modern state of the art medical equipment with cutting edge Technology which will certainly change the narrative about Health Care as far as Kogi State is concerned.
🎯 The focus on Health that the administration of Alh. Yahaya Bello has made one of her priorities since inception should be a template for others to copy as it has yielded gains a kind of which the State has never witnessed since its creation. With the outstanding performance across key sectors in kogi state (Health Inclusive), it’s not surprising that nigerians would love these to be replicated on a National Scale.
🎯 Special mention is made here of Dr Simon Akogu , the CMD of the Teaching Hospital who has continued to display professionalism of a rare kind and facilitated seamless synergism between the contractors for the project and the State Ministry of Health. This contributed a lot to the fast pace of work seen.
🎯 We remain committed to doing more and more for our dear state in the knowledge that posterity will judge our actions when we are no longer here.
