Thiago Silva reacts as PSG beat Arsenal: Former Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) captain Thiago Silva has shared his reaction after his former club defeated Arsenal to secure a spot in the UEFA Champions League final.

Silva, who led PSG during their historic run to the 2020 final, sent a heartfelt message to the team. He wished them success after the French champions eliminated the Gunners with a 3-1 aggregate victory. PSG secured a 2-1 win at the Parc des Princes on Wednesday night, sealing their place in the final.

Silva left PSG after the 2019-20 season, moving to Chelsea. Shortly after, former PSG manager Thomas Tuchel also joined him at Stamford Bridge. Together, they achieved Champions League glory in 2021, defeating Manchester City in the final.

The current PSG squad, under manager Luis Enrique, now dreams of achieving what slipped away five years ago. With key stars in top form, they are determined to lift the Champions League trophy for the first time in their history.
