On May 5, 2025, JAMB released the official statistics for the 2025 UTME. A total of 1,955,069 candidates took the exam, and the Board expects to release the results later this week.
Most candidates scored between 160 and 199, while only a few scored 300 and above. JAMB also revealed that 40,247 underage candidates (under 16) sat for the exam, but only 467 met the benchmark for exceptional ability
